The machine tools are made of Mihanna steel, with a 45-degree inclined lathe bed structure which increases the mechanical stability and maintains the long-term accuracy. Both X-axis and z-axis adopt the linear slide guideways of high rigidity. Two axes employs class C3 abrasive ballscrew of high-precision, Japan NSK gradient ball bearings with double-nut caps are adopted on both fixed sides, which makes the scheduled positioning accuracy more stable.
Cam shaped hydraulic turret is of high-speed and high precision. It is very rapid to change tools; and it only takes 0.25 seconds to change tool, positioning accuracy is 0.0002mm.
